EAQA agency reviews are conducted according to the following principles:

Independent Reviewers

The review is an evidence-based process carried out by independent experts.

Review Transparency

The process and procedure are transparent, and outputs are published.

Analysis of Documentation

The information provided by the agency is assumed to be factually correct unless evidence points to the contrary.

Conformity and Compliance

The level of conformity with the ESG required for EAQA membership is that of “overall compliance”, not rigid adherence.

Self Assessment Report

The review is a process of verification of information provided in the self-assessment report and other documentation and the exploration of any matters which are omitted from that documentation.

Optional Site Visit

Each review consists of a self-assessment by the agency, a site visit by a team of reviewers representing different stakeholders, a written report, and a follow-up process including a progress visit.

OUR FEES

EAQA grants accreditation to universities, educational institutes, vocational institutions, colleges, schools, distance learning centers, online courses, corporations, professionals, and instructors, and grants degree diploma validation to distance learning centers, online courses, professionals, instructors, students, and qualified individuals. EAQA was established to promote and advance excellence in higher education through the support of an active international community of quality assurance agencies. The fee for a full agency review coordinated by EAQA is 30,000€ + VAT.
