In order to ensure the transfer of best practices and to promote the development of higher education quality assurance culture, the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS) publishes, twice a year, the journal “Quality Assurance Review” (QAR). The ARACIS Call for papers for the QAR journal, vol. 9, no. 1, 2014 is now open on on the ARACIS website, Publications section: http://www.aracis.ro/en/publications/qar-magazine/instructions-for-authors/ The main topic of this issue is “Wider Engagement of Stakeholders in Quality Assurance of Higher Education”.
